Hocking Hills State Park Lodge Our guest speaker today was Director Mary Mertz of the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Director Mertz was appointed by Gov. Mike DeWine in January 2019. She is currently overseeing the construction of the new Hocking Hills Lodge that sits on the site of the old Lodge that was destroyed by fire in 2016.
