Dear Fellow Rotary Members,

 

A new prospective member has been submitted to the Board for approval into our club.  This procedure calls for a letter to be sent to all active members to inform them of the proposed membership.  If the Board does not receive an objection within seven days, the Board will then make a final decision on the membership.

 

If there is an objection, the matter goes to the Board for further consideration.  If it is decided to accept the new member, the proposed member pays the admission fee and the present quarter's dues and meals (pro-rated), and the new member will be inducted into the club at the earliest opportunity.

 

The proposed member is shown below.  Any objections should be put in writing and sent to Joe Murtha, Treasurer, 13075 St. Rt. 374, Rockbridge, OH 43149.
